The countries listed below are part of the Hague Convention, an international agreement that simplifies the process of legalizing documents for use abroad. If the country is not on this list, it is not part of the Hague Agreement. Therefore, your document(s) will need to be Authenticated/Legalized at the Embassy, which usually requires 2 or 3 levels of authentication.
